Pizza Manager - Pizza Machine

Dewey Beer Company's Pizza Machine is in search of a new leader for our take out pizza shop. We are looking for someone who has 5-7 years of pizza experience and must be well versed in everything from hospitality to dough. Pizza Machine’s manager will also be responsible for guiding the creativity of the shop through the multiverse of creativity. This is a full time position with benefits including medical, dental & vision insurance and paid time off.

SUMMARY: The manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen to provide nutritious, safe, eye-appealing, properly flavored food. Maintains a safe and sanitary work environment for all employees. Other duties include menu planning, budget preparation, and maintenance of food cost and other records. Specific duties involve food preparation and establishing quality standards, and training employees in pizza cooking methods, presentation techniques, portion control and retention of nutrients.
